• Returns and exchanges: Custom orders, please note that custom orders, such as bears made from specific clothing items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a defect in the workmanship.
• Non-customised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the item has been received, a new item will be dispatched or, if you prefer, a full refund of the merchandise will be provided less the original delivery charges. The purchaser is responsible for return postage and it is advisable to obtain a post office receipt for proof of postage.
• Shipping fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging your bear, we will cover the cost of shipping the new bear to you.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition.

• Shipping method: We ship all of our Memory Bears using a reliable and tracked shipping service. This ensures that your bear is delivered to you safely and promptly, and allows you to track your shipment online.
• Shipping fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.
• Delivery time: Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow your bear's journey to your doorstep.

• What types of clothing can be used to make a Memory Cushion? A Memory Cushion can be made from any type of clothing, such as shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, jackets, or any other type of fabric item.
• How much clothing is needed to make a Memory Cushion? The amount of clothing needed for a standard size Memory Cushion, we recommend providing us with the following;

Adult clothing: 1-2 items made from any single shirt, top, jumper, cardigan, blouse, or t-shirt

• Can the clothing be washed before it is used to make a Memory Cushion? We recommend washing the clothing before sending it to us, as this can help to prevent any shrinkage or damage to the clothing.
• What if the clothing is damaged or stained? Minor damage or stains can often be incorporated into the design of the Memory Cushion, but if the clothing is severely damaged or stained, we may need to use alternative sections of the clothing or fabric to create the cushion
• Can the Memory Cushion be washed? Yes, the Memory Cushion can be washed using a gentle cycle with mild detergent. The insert can be taken out. We recommend avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals, as this can damage the fabric or cause discoloration. Air-drying the  is also recommended to prevent shrinkage. 
• We can add embroidery to your cushion upon request, although no text will be included unless specified during checkout. Generally, we place the embroidery on the right-hand side of the cushion as viewed from the front. In case the shirt design features a pocket on that side, we'll adjust the embroidery above or below the space. The cushion inner can be inserted or removed by undoing the buttons on the front.
• The cushion is roughly 45cm x 45cm and comes with an inner.
