We suggest you send 4 - 6 baby grows or 1 - 4 items of older child’s clothing.
A Memory Puppy can be made from 1-2 items of adult clothing, we can incorporate more if you wish.
Each puppy is made to order and can take several weeks to complete, but the end result is a treasured keepsake that you will cherish for years to come.
In addition to being a heartfelt tribute to your loved ones, our Memory Puppies are also a sustainable choice as they repurpose fabric that might otherwise be discarded. It is possible to machine wash our Memory Puppy at 40 degrees, however, we recommend hand washing and natural drying. Please do not tumble dry. 100% CE-tested polyester is used in the stuffing.
This product is not suitable for persons under the age of 14 as it is made of delicate materials that are often made from very well-worn clothing, and therefore cannot be CE tested.

Returns and exchanges: Custom orders, please note that custom orders, such as bears made from specific clothing items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a defect in the workmanship.

Non-customised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the item has been received, a new item will be dispatched or, if you prefer, a full refund of the merchandise will be provided less the original delivery charges. The purchaser is responsible for return postage and it is advisable to obtain a post office receipt for proof of postage.

Shipping fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging your bear, we will cover the cost of shipping the new bear to you.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition.
